Unless things have changed, characters below the dungeon's level will complain if you choose them for it, but they will still go (there is an initial stress penalty and they take on more stress throughout the quest). I'm sure you can find good team combinations for every character class. However not all my teams did well, against certain bosses, so I used the strongest teams for that and depending on the strategy needed for each boss. I had different teams with all the different characters and they all did fine on the level 5 dungeons. I have not played in the hardest difficulty, so what I'm going to say applies at least to the other two difficulty settings.
How can they enjoy the game in this way, it's a mistery to me. Reading some Reddit posts, it's full of people who apparently play this game in loop with the same characters because "you have to output damage in higer dungeons" or because " speed is king" sometimes the random guy finds the time leave a comment, explaining a lot of numbers and statistics.
This is a huge problem, because if I cannot take some risks and experimentate a bit, I will not enjoy DD in the long term.Īre you supposed to go there with specific builds? I want to be able to use all the classes. Though, I see that the game is trying to decide for me in champion dungeons, limiting my options in terms of builds.
